    • Gossip coordination layer bringup. Starts the gossip DDS Router bridge and the gossip_node. Included by robot.launch.xml for both 'full' and 'onboard' roles, and by the reference stacks' entry files. Args are prefixed (RFC #379 §4: no generic arg names in trunk launch helpers — generic launch configurations leak across sibling includes). `publish_rate` is kept as a DEPRECATED alias: `gossip_publish_rate` defaults to its value, so old callers passing only `publish_rate` still work; new callers pass `gossip_publish_rate`.
